More reasons to come together

A circle for life beyond the routine.

A familiar face at an event. A new place to enjoy together. Someone who offers a little help when it matters. That’s the community we want to build.

01 / CONNECTION

Make room for
good company.

Opportunities to meet other families, build friendships and enjoy shared outings and community gatherings as the Circle develops.

02 / LOCAL DISCOVERY

Explore more,
together.

We aim to negotiate local offers for movies, events and restaurants. Any confirmed offers will be shared with their availability, limits and conditions.

03 / PANDYA CIRCLE CARES

A little support.
A human connection.

A space to offer practical help, share useful knowledge and provide a listening ear—with respect, consent and realistic boundaries.

Possibilities, not promises. No partner discounts are confirmed at this stage. Membership does not guarantee savings, free tickets, financial returns or a particular level of support. Individual activities may cost extra.

Pandya Circle Cares

Life happens.
Let’s be there for each other.

“You don’t have to figure everything out alone.”

Sometimes support is a helpful introduction, a shared resource, a check-in or a small practical favour. Circle Cares is our intention to make that kind of neighbourly connection easier.

Participation is voluntary. Members choose what they can offer, and requests depend on people’s willingness and availability. Ask before sharing someone’s story or contact details, and respect a “no.”

Circle Cares is informal peer support. It is not an emergency service, counselling, professional advice, insurance or a promise of financial assistance. Please do not include private health or crisis details in the interest form.

Small beginnings. Meaningful connections.

How the Circle
comes together.

We’re starting with a manageable group of 25 families so we can learn, listen and build thoughtfully.

A small organizing committee will make decisions about membership, partnerships, activities, budgets and any future perks. Member ideas are welcome; final decisions stay with the committee.

  1. Raise your hand.

Join the interest list to hear about the planned launch. This is not a membership application, payment or reserved place.

  2. Get the details.

When launch plans are ready, we’ll share the confirmed fee, membership dates, available benefits and full payment, cancellation and refund terms.

  3. Choose whether to join.

If invited, review the final terms before deciding. The proposed membership is $50 CAD per family per year for up to four named family members.

  4. Be part of the community.

Connect, explore available opportunities and contribute in ways that suit your family. No paid memberships are open yet.

A few things you might be wondering

Good questions. Clear answers.

What is Pandya Circle?

A planned community membership club from Pandya Entertainment for friends and families. Its focus is community connections, opportunities for negotiated local discounts, and voluntary practical and emotional support through Pandya Circle Cares.

How much will it cost, and who is included?

The proposed annual fee is $50 CAD per family, covering up to four named family members. The final amount payable, including any applicable taxes, membership dates and family-member rules will be shared before anyone is asked to pay. Paid membership is not open yet.

Are movie, event or restaurant discounts available now?

No partner discounts are confirmed at this stage. We intend to explore offers with local businesses. If an offer becomes available, its partner, eligibility, expiry and restrictions will be stated clearly. Offers may change or end.

Will we get our membership fee back through savings?

There is no guaranteed monetary return, minimum saving or promise that benefits will exceed the fee. Join for the opportunity to be part of the community, based on the confirmed benefits and terms available at launch.

What happens if there is money left over?

If funds remain after costs and reserves, the organizing committee may choose to fund additional community activities or perks. These are discretionary, depend on available surplus and are not an entitlement, dividend or promised benefit.

Who makes decisions?

A small organizing committee makes the final decisions on membership, activities, partnerships, spending and future perks. Members are encouraged to offer feedback and ideas. Membership does not confer ownership or a guaranteed voting right.

What can I expect from Pandya Circle Cares?

Voluntary peer connection and possible practical or emotional support, depending on members’ capacity and consent. Specific help, money or professional services are not guaranteed. It is not an emergency response service.

Does the interest list reserve a place?

No. The initial launch goal is 25 families, but expressing interest does not guarantee a place or a launch date. Any invitation and joining process will be communicated when plans are confirmed.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

There is no payment to cancel or refund at the interest stage. The paid membership’s cancellation, refund and renewal terms will be provided for review before payments open. Submitting interest does not authorize a charge or automatic renewal.

Clear from the start

Interest-stage terms.

These terms describe the proposed Circle and the interest stage. Final paid membership terms will be provided before enrolment opens.

1. Interest is not enrolment

Expressing interest is free and non-binding. It does not create a paid membership, guarantee acceptance, reserve a place or authorize payment. The planned initial group is 25 families; no launch date is confirmed.

2. Proposed membership

The proposed fee is $50 CAD per family per year, for up to four named family members. The committee will confirm the total price, any applicable taxes, start and end dates, eligibility and member-change rules before accepting payment.

3. Benefits depend on availability

Connections, activities and discounts are opportunities. No specific partner offer, minimum saving or financial return is promised. Activities may have separate fees, capacity limits and additional conditions.

4. Committee responsibility

A small organizing committee retains final decision-making authority over club operations, membership, budgets, partners and activities. Any surplus-funded perks are discretionary after costs and reserves; members have no entitlement to a distribution.

5. Respectful, voluntary participation

Treat others with respect. No harassment, pressure to help or unauthorized sharing of personal information. Circle Cares depends on voluntary participation and availability, and does not replace emergency or professional services.

6. Before any payment

Final membership, privacy, cancellation, refund and renewal terms must be available for review before paid enrolment opens. Material changes to the proposal will be communicated before anyone is asked to join.
